The area is also very bike-friendly with a Bike Score of 87, nearby bike shops, and city bike rentals. It's a 15-minute drive to downtown Miami and Biscayne Blvd. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the units, and a fine will be assessed if the no smoking rules are not observed. Pets are not allowed. Events are not allowed. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighboring guests and keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, and at a minimum after 10 PM, as the building was built in the 1920s and sound does travel. Multiple complaints from neighbors and/or visits from police or city code compliance may result in termination of the stay. Absolutely no parties. The lead guest must be 23 years of age or older, and ID may be requested upon check-in for verification. If verification is not possible, check-in may be denied. Guests will be able to self check-in upon arrival. The cleaning fee includes a $49 insurance fee. The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $1,500 of accidental coverage for contents damage and property damage. Any deductible or minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest.
