The gated neighborhood is renowned for its golf courses, walking paths, and relaxed residential feel. A variety of restaurants, entertainment venues, and family-friendly activities are just a short drive away. Please be aware that propane for the BBQ grill is provided by guests, and the tank may not be full upon arrival. There is absolutely no smoking or drug use allowed inside the home or on the property. Guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am and minimizing excessive noise during this time. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence, and while the property is professionally sprayed, guests are advised to pack bug spray. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay with at least a week's notice. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited in the community. Guests are required to wipe shoes at the door and are preferred to remove shoes indoors. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages should be reported immediately. The property reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for any rule violations.
