The spacious family room invites you to sink into plush couches and enjoy a flat-screen TV. An open layout connects the living area to indoor and outdoor dining spaces, creating a seamless flow for meals and conversation. The large full kitchen is fully stocked for big breakfasts or casual snacks. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. The grill is a propane grill, and propane is provided by the guests. Located inside Reunion Resort and Club, you have easy access to world-class amenities, golf courses, and the vibrant energy of the resort grounds. The villa sits just minutes from Disney’s magic. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment! Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 10 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation.
