Propane for the grill is provided by guests, and guests will need to fill the propane tank themselves. Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community shaped by its golf course setting, offering quiet walks and a welcoming residential atmosphere. Restaurants, attractions, and everyday conveniences are within easy reach just outside the resort. Major destinations, including those near Disney’s Magic Kingdom and other nearby attractions, are a short drive away. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, and while a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning products is provided, they are not refilled during your stay. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes.
