The outdoor oasis includes multi-level decks, a private dock with boat slip, deep-water access to the Gulf, a jet ski–friendly floating dock, and an outdoor shower. Kayak and paddleboard rentals are available at the park next door, and kayaks can be delivered directly to your doorstep. Boat rentals are available within minutes. Free on-site parking is available for your boat trailer. Situated directly on Sutherland Bayou with deep-water access, this home is steps from Pop Stansell Waterfront Park and within walking distance of downtown Palm Harbor’s restaurants, breweries, nightlife, and the Pinellas Trail. You're also within easy access to Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater Beach, and Honeymoon Island. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry; if the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by our payment processor. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common.
