Two FREE gated parking spots are included with this condo. The host lives right around the corner and is available for check-ins if needed. This condo boasts an absolutely incredible location, putting you close to EVERYTHING: Over-The-Rhine, the Reds and Bengals Stadiums, Aronoff Center, Hardrock Casino, Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse, and a variety of restaurants and bars. You are also steps from Over-The-Rhine and all of its vibrant offerings. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and violating this rule may result in criminal trespassing charges. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30pm to 8am; amplified music is forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking and lighting anything, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at or threatening staff, will result in reservation termination without refund. The host retains complete control of the property and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. If there is any reason to believe a party is intended, entry will be denied. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 is collected via credit/debit card, similar to a hotel incidentals hold. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Excessive pet hair cleanup will incur a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or replacement cost. Smoking anything indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Unreturned keys will incur a $170 re-keying fee. Units found in unreasonable disorder or 'trashed' will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee or actual cost to clean. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If the host incurs security, fire department, or police fees due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed, with a minimum security fee of $150. This property has a security deposit hold collected by us via credit/debit card. It is similar to an incidentals hold that you would pay at a hotel prior to checking in.
