Enjoy direct beachfront and boardwalk access, fitness center access, and one complimentary parking spot per reservation. Additional parking is available for $20 per car per day, including "come & go" privileges. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building, where you can enjoy arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs.
