The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, full-sized oven and stove top, microwave, and all necessary dishes, flatware, and cookware. The dining area comfortably seats six. Entertainment is provided with a 27? flat screen TV in the master bedroom and a 20? TV in the secondary bedroom. The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub, complete with a hairdryer and makeup mirror. Complimentary Wi-Fi and individually controlled air conditioning and heat ensure a comfortable stay. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles per suite. Additional amenities include a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for a one-time fee of $40 and a highchair for a one-time fee of $40. Located just minutes from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, this condo offers convenient access to a variety of attractions. Nearby, you'll find a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots, and entertainment venues. Parties or events are not allowed, and violations will result in being asked to leave without a refund. Smoking inside the home incurs a $150 fine. Lost key cards will result in a $150 replacement fee. Late check-out is charged at $150 per hour past the check-out time. Pets are not allowed on the premises, and violations will result in the loss of the full security deposit. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited. Key pick-up is at an offsite location, an 8-minute drive away. A laptop computer is not included. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit.
