When submitting your application, you will need to provide three months’ worth of income in the form of bank statements or paystubs and a valid form of identification. All applications must have income verification attached and a valid identification to be accepted. If these things are not attached, we will not process the application. • Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. ? Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, bank statements, tax returns, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. • A minimum of two rental references is preferred. • Once approved a $50 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $10 for Eugene (again, this is the only fee we collect during the application process - applications are free to fill out and turn in) We DO NOT charge an application fee to turn in applications. Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent.
