A digital rental agreement must be signed and a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie must be provided prior to arrival. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Check-in time is 4PM EST and checkout times are 11AM EST. The booking guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Security will request an ID upon arrival. Some resort areas may have limited hours or seasonal closures; check with the front desk for details. Standard resort policies apply for lost items and pool safety. Be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, or other issues on neighboring properties or units.
