The private outdoor oasis features a heated pool and hot tub, available year-round. The patio and outdoor furniture create a comfortable spot for conversation, and a BBQ grill provides an option for easy outdoor meals. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing between a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night stays or a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more.
