Located on the 1st floor of a 3-story building, this condo offers full access to the entire floor, complete with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, providing ample space for your group to spread out. It comfortably sleeps 8 with 1 queen in the master bedroom, a private bedroom with 1 queen, another bedroom with 1 twin and 1 additional queen, and a full pullout in the living room. Here, you’ll find many ways to relax and unwind during your stay, beginning with hotel-quality mattresses and towels and ending with a bath bomb in the spacious tubs. Enjoy full meals at the condo with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare in. Sip on your morning coffee on the private balcony while soaking in the Florida sun or chill inside while catching up on your favorite Netflix show. For the full "Ray" experience, a record table and some of Ray Charles' top records are provided, offering a fun way to celebrate the life of a musical genius. No need to fight for the limited downtown parking, as 2 dedicated off-street spaces are reserved for your unit in the back of the building. The Ray is located in the historical, residential neighborhood of Lincolnville, known for its deep history and picturesque charm. Lincolnville has been a growing neighborhood, flourishing as locals continue to refurbish and transform older homes into modernized beauties. The neighborhood holds many favorite local spots such as Blue Hen, Preserved, and Dog Rose Brewery, all within a few minutes' walk from the home. From The Ray, you are just an 8-minute walk to downtown St. Augustine on King Street, a 6-minute walk to the Lightner Museum and the south side of downtown, and a 15-minute drive to Saint Augustine beach. Security cameras are installed in the back parking lot and the stairwell for your protection. Entrances and the elevator are shared amenities with other guests. The elevator provides direct access, and you will have a private code for entry. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no smoking or vaping is allowed whatsoever, including on the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to additional fees, and door codes do not activate until the set check-in time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. [SI]
