A 4-seater golf cart is included, making it easy to cruise around the neighborhood, head to the beach, or explore nearby attractions. Parking is available for a maximum of 2 cars, and the parking fee is included in the total amount. Vehicles may only be parked in the driveway of the property you have rented, and no overflow parking is allowed in the condo parking lots. Parking passes must be completed in full and clearly displayed inside your vehicle immediately upon arrival. Failure to properly fill out or display the parking pass may result in fines starting at $100. Nestled in the peaceful Martinique on the Gulf community, this home is just a short stroll from the sugar-white sands and sparkling Gulf waters. You'll be close to local dining, shopping, beach activities, and all the best of the Alabama Gulf Coast. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside; surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Fitness room hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, and admittance is by access device only. An adult must accompany all persons sixteen (16) years of age or under at the pool. Beach towels are not provided. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. NO SMOKING is permitted in the house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. Pets are not allowed. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
