The weather in Roseburg is similar to the rest of the Pacific Northwest. There are rainy winters and dry summers. Usually, the temperature hovers around 40 degrees during the cooler months and 72 degrees during the warmer months. While the summer is relatively dry, the rest of the year is pretty wet. While the city does get some snow during the winter, it doesn’t get much snow thanks to its coastal location.

The vast majority of people in Roseburg have a car and use it to get around. While it is possible to walk around Roseburg, the city is spread out in the suburbs. There is a Greyhound bus station for mass transit, but most people still use their cars to get around. There are two airports in the city, including George Felt Airport and Marion E. Carl Memorial Field. There are also two railways including Central Oregon and Pacific.
