Cats FeesWe allow one cat or dog per apartment, and all pets must be registered with the leasing office. Additional pet fees, rent, and deposits will apply - please contact our leasing office for details. Additionally, all pets must be under 60 pounds, and cannot be one of the following restricted breeds:?Doberman Pinscher, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Wolf dogs, Wolf Hybrids,?Presa Canario (Canary dog),?Akita, German Shepherd, Husky, Mastiff, Alaskan Malamute, Bullmastiff. All support animals must be properly registered with the leasing office.

Dogs FeesDogs must be at least one year of age. Aggressive breeds of dogs are not permitted, including but not limited to: Akita, Doberman Pincher, Rottweiler, Dalmatian, Pit Bull, Chow, Wolf Hybrid, and Bullmastiff, or any dog that is at least partially one of these breeds.
