Management will authorize support and/or service animals for you, your guests, and occupants pursuant to the parameters and guidelines established by the Federal Fair Housing Act, HUD regulatory guidelines, and any applicable state and/or local laws. CONDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FOR ANIMAL.
