April 3, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comIf I could leave zero stars I would.impossible to contact. Three week wait for a message to be returned application fees are not 35 it is 50 with a 30 dollar per person screening. Don't even bother applying
Lived here twice
December 12, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comIf you're looking for a crappy, overpriced apartment with no amenities, then you've found it. Thin walls, leaky windows, bad parking lot, loud neighbors are all things you'll find here. There is no playground/courtyard. As of right now, no on site manager and when there is one, they're around on certain days/times. You pay all utilities, including shared utilities for the laundry room you also have to pay to use. No updates to the apartments themselves in decades

March 23, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comthe manager lady was completely unprofessional and extremely rude. when we got denied and went to pick up our fee for the application we completely understood and she screamed at my husband like heavily and slammed her hand on the table in anger for something we didn’t know about and was just all around rude. would not recommend at all.
