The location of Bondale is perfect for us. Anything we want to do or go to, is 15-20 minutes away. The area is usually very quiet at night. Our neighbors are good also. July 11, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comSecurity does absolutely NOTHING in this community. If you want to make a complaint. About anything pretty much, you have to call Security. Rent office management does nothing. I don't really think they care. I won't be renewing my lease. Neighbors can't park or try to be funny and take up room so you can't park. When taking a walk all you see and smell is dog poop. Drug heads will break in your car because Security doesn't do their job.Property Manager Responded
