  • Lol this place is a joke

    They change management as much as a clean person change their underwear. Please don't move here if you don't have to. They are horrible period. They want your patio blinds fixed all the time which get broken easily because are not sized right and move everytime you open the door. Also the dryer is outside...wow but you can't have a cover over your patio to not get wet. Or anything on your patio.

    DO NOT DO IT! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CHOOSING TO LIVE HERE! I wish I didn’t have to give at least one star because this place doesn’t even deserve one. Absolutely terrible first home for my family. Biggest regret I’ve ever made. We moved into Courthouse Green Townhomes as newlyweds pregnant with our first baby. From the very beginning this place was nothing but a headache. The first day we were there we noticed many things wrong that their cheap “updates” could not cover up. The half bath ...
    smelled like urine, the outdoor closet where the dryer went was full of crickets, and the first night we were there the new dishwasher overflowed all over the kitchen. Little did we know this was just the beginning of our issues. These are incredible old townhomes that are in desperate need of an ACTUAL update. The toilets never flushed right, there are SO MANY BUGS, doesn’t matter how many times they come spray for them, the floors and stairs creek so bad I couldn’t walk around upstairs after my daughter fell asleep or it would wake her up, it was all around terrible. But I accepted that it was my fault for choosing this place and we dealt with it, always paid on time and when we left we went over the “move-out list” to make sure we left the apartment the right way, hoping we might get our deposit back. I should have known better than to think the bourdon of this place was gone when we moved out. We just got our final statement and they are charging us $900 to replace the carpet due to “pets” that we paid a deposit and monthly for!!! They’re keeping our deposit and charging us the difference!!! If you’re going to charge a pet deposit, a monthly pet fee, and then still charge to replace the carpet in the end then you shouldn’t allow pets! Or at least tell people that they’re paying all of these fees for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! So incredibly fed up and just done with this terrible place! Please do not move here! It’s not worth the money or the headache!

  • Nasty and over priced

    Worst place my husband, kids and I have ever lived. When we moved in we were up at the front office within 20 mins of moving in with complaints. Our place was absolutely nasty didn't even look like it had been cleaned. We couldn't run our a.c. because the filter and main intake were extremely nasty and looked like they had black mold. It took them about a month or so to fix everything we complained about when we moved in. We also had an obnoxious neighbor that would slam doors and stuff all night ...
    to where nobody could sleep. The front office did nothing about it. The front office sends you paperwork and don't abide by what's on there and try and they try and say it's for something completely different when it doesn't specify it's for the reason they give you. The windows are crap. Cold air comes in from outside in all the windows in the apartment. The front office won't do anything. They claim they cant because of the fire marshall. But they lied we called him. We have a HUGE hole in our ceiling and all they do is put a patch up and paint over it. It keeps leaking and they keep doing the same thing over and over again. People vandalize your card, mess with the cable and cable box, steal stuff out of your car.

  • Cheap, But Not Worth It.

    When we first moved in they weren't the greatest, but they were still okay for the price. You get what you pay for. The front office staff was nice at first but over time that changed as well. There are spider crickets (if you've never seen them, you don't want to!) that roam around and scare the mess out of you! We have found mice in the bottom of the oven too! All the appliances are cheap and break very easy. The bathroom cabinet always hung crooked because it was never installed properly. The ...
    sink would never turn all the way off and always dripped which caused the bill to be slightly higher. My husband had a lady in the office tell him to shut up before and another call him out in front of customers for being a day late on rent. Not fair. Towards the end is where their real attitudes really showed through and their shadiness. I had posted a problem online about their service and had other people tell me they were shady with them as well. Not a good place to live at all! Go through a very detailed list of everything wrong with the apartment before you move in.
