May 27, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe owner was easy to contact and very flexible with my schedule. She openly communicated that units were available and maintained a very friendly and accommodating energy. I was given a fast and timely move-in date and follow-up instructions. The owner even went so far as to accommodate answering emails on a holiday weekend. Pricing is decent considering the current real estate market.

Called in about seeing an apartment and the lady who picked up the phone, Joyce, asked when I was looking to move in and I told her in about 3/4 weeks but I still wanted to get a look at the apartment to see What I was getting myself into and proceed to get very rude and inconsiderate because she was looking for an immediate move in and then told me she was gonna open the door and hung up the phone.
