    When I first moved here, everything was great, but now it seem like they are trying to condemn the apartments and no one else informed us of anything. I love where I live. I just wish they would fix what’s going on and inform us what’s going on.

    Great employees and lake location But built 1975 overdue major overhaul - Needs better painters, no mowing, landscaping, pools closed - we look out to pool only collecting small pool of dirt and slime - embarrassing

    You don't want to live here. The rent may be a little cheaper but I'd rather pay more then to live in a run down apartment where the ceiling could fall in at anytime, No wonder they want you to have renters insurance. If you have nice stuff don't bring it here. The only good thing is the location.

At no time are ceilings at our community in danger of \"falling at any moment.\" Any maintenance concerns that are reported to our office are inspected and addressed by our maintenance team and qualified vendors as needed. We also require renters insurance, which is a standard requirement at many apartment communities. Renters insurance is designed to protect residents' personal belongings in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as fire, theft, water damage, or other incidents that may occur beyond anyone's control.     I don't even think I have a maintenance team there's nobody been out here for 2 years I've been put in work order for 2 years and not one yet have came to fix anything while following in floors in the kitchen turn up this this pipes is leaking I have put an all type of work orders and I have yet to see a maintenance work

    If maintenance doesn't change I definitely would not recommend anyone to move to Lake Colony. They don't even keep the grass cut anymore it's a foot tall and bushes are extremely over grown!

    I live in phase 2 of Lake Colony is very quiet and peaceful over there. I just wish that they could fix the foundation in the building that I am in. I really do not want to move.

    I also just wanted to let yall know that I'm sure that we were moved into an unready apartment first off, not even the original one we signed a lease for and had to jump through hoops to get things switched to be able to move in. Then when we got here half of the outlets do not work im talking only one per room works which cannot be safe to have to plug almost everything for that room into one outlet but when brought to anyone I was just told it was the covers and nothing was ever done. we have ...
    had water under the floor multiple times and not once has maintenance had any issue with that or given us fans to help dry so now I fear for mold growth in the kitchen and the bathroom. Our heat was out for a few days with no way to fix it and no option to help heat the apartment, mind you i have a one year old in here so it was a hassle to have to go out at 9 pm to try to find wood to heat the apartment. When we first moved in the dishwasher didn't work and so that was replaced but it is now falling out of its cubby and the hot water fluctuates so one minute it's the right temperature the next its scalding hot and you can imagine how unsafe that is with a baby showering. it just seems this apartment wasn't actually taken care of by maintenance before we moved in and none of our concerns have been taken seriously. We were also told we were moving into one of the newly renovated apartments and that is just not the case judging off the pictures on the website. There is always trash in the parking lot and I'm not talking one or two pieces but like a whole bag just emptied all over the lot. to say i am so unhappy with everything is an understatement. If we were not locked into a contract we would probably find another place to move to as no one has been even willing to answer any of our concerns let alone do anything about them, maintenance has been here a few times and i understand they are new and still working through last teams messes so i appreciate what they have done but i just don't think we should have ever been placed in an apartment that was not fully functional and what we were told and expecting to move into. And probably two to the days a month we have no hot water. I don’t think we have gone a month without any water trouble. My issue with all of this is I’m 7 months pregnant and have an almost 2 year old there is so much uncertainty in having our daily needs met that should be basic things the apartment should have taken care of and no one has even trie

    I love my townhome, the birds, the view....had some issues with work orders being backed up when I first moved here but they have an excellent maintenance team now that gets things done in a timely fashion...I feel a sense of peace when I come home.     Horrible place to live. Plumbing is 65 years old. Lots of water breaks in winter. Bathtub has peeling sharp edged paint. My dishwasher hasn't worked in a year. They will not fix it. Carpets are nasty.

    This place is nice and quiet! My apartment is so cozy and relaxing. Maintenance is great and this place and office staff are really accommodating and helpful!! I love taking my dog for walks by the lake,which is nice and relaxing awesome apartments and I hope to be here for a good long time!!

    I have been without HOT water for over a week. We were sent a letter that the boiler was messed up and nothing else. No updates on when we would have HOT water or anything else. I put in 2 maintenances request that got completed without any hot water restoration. Today I made a call to the maintenance line because the office hasn't open yet, even though it should have been opened at 10am. The man on the line was so rude, he advised me that since I live here, I should deal. He was rude the entire ...
