February 24, 2026From the time we first inquired about a three bedroom the beginning of January until we moved in the beginning of February, the online experience was the easiest and most positive I have had. And every time I had to talk on the phone with someone or via email it was always a very positive experience with all my questions answered. Since we have moved in here everyone has been very accommodating and with a few maintenance things that we had Josh in maintenance has been more than helpful. My mother ...needs the elevator and it was out of service today, and Josh took the time to gently and lovingly and safely escort my mother safely up the stairs into the apartment door! Her being cared for means the world to me this is the area I grew up in and it sure is nice to be back home!Property Manager Responded

February 18, 2026Good location but upkeep leaves a lot to be desired. Also, it's dog friendly but dog poop is a real issue as it's not cleaned up or picked up by residents. Power washing and painting would help the exterior tremendously.Property Manager Responded

February 8, 2026The management team was difficult to work with when we lost AC in the hottest part of summer 2024. Took over 3 weeks to remedy. The screens don’t fit the windows and most windows are difficult to impossible to open. The only window we can easily open is in 1 non primary bedroom.Property Manager Responded
