August 7, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comLocation is great, property is nice, but you have to hound management for maintenance. Today I had my third talk with management about getting maintenance on our dryer. When we initially placed a work order through the online portal on 7-27-23' no one came and checked anything and it got marked complete anyway. A few days after I went to go check when the dryer was being maintenanced and they told me they didn't see a work order put in but they can put one in and blowouts will be soon anyway so ...it should be completed shortly. Now we are on day 10, I went into the office to check on it and was told the blow outs will happen next week. When I ask what day they said they are yet to confirm but next week sometime. They claimed they "don't have the tools" to access the back of the dryer... Which can be accessed by simply pulling the dryer out and getting behind it. So yea, all in all the apartments are good but trying to get something fixed can be quite an undertaking when management doesn't care if your appliances work or not. -and to Riverpointe, if you feel this review is unfair I'd love to find out why you think so. Having access to the pool, the exercise room, and the greenbelt were big bonuses for me. Nature trails are in abundance and the green belt is easily accessible, did I mention it runs along the river, awesome ! The squirrels and birds are abundant offering much comical entertainment. There are also duck families that are waddling the area. All the staff are wonderful and attentive, helping quickly with any issue, no matter how minor. The grounds are well kept and the gated community is a safe place to call ...home. Greystar is also a nice company to rent from.
