May 13, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comAdriana was very helpful and responsive! Unfortunately I cancelled my application, but the process was very quick and smooth. I previously lived here and I can say Adriana is definitely an upgrade and asset to the company! My calls and emails were always answered or i received a call back. If something that better fit my needs were to come up, it would be worth the wait!!!

Worst place I've ever lived
July 24, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comThe rent is completely unreasonable considering the shape of the buildings. I was supposedly getting an "upgraded" apartment but things are constantly breaking and falling apart. The quality of the appliances, cabinets, flooring, etc. are sub par and laughable. Thank goodness I know how to repair things because the response time for maintenance is ludicrous. (I.E. - I waited 2 weeks to get my hot water heater fixed.) Don't even bother buying a parking decal because everyone parks wherever ...they want regardless if they paid for the spot or not. Most people DO NOT pay for parking and allow copious amounts of vistors/family to park in the extremely limited spots that are supposed to be reserved for paying tenants. I am severely disappointed with every aspect of Aimco and this apartment complex and would not recommend. They should be ashamed of their poor quality service and amenities.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

August 11, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comJust moved in and so far, this community is great. It's an older community but it has been renovated. The perk? More space for the rent, i.e. the bedrooms. Most of the new developments in the area shine with every bell and whistle, but you could barely fit a cot and a shoebox in the master. No thank you. I'd rather have space with charm. In addition, the staff here are nothing but helpful. Both the office and maintenance staff are on top of the community and resident needs and/or requests. For ...example, when I first moved in, several things needed to be fixed after the previous tenants. All matters were taken care of with 24-48 hours without hassle. It's quiet here, nestled back in a nice community. The fact that there isn't any street noise is a huge plus. All of my neighbors are polite and to themselves and I haven't had any issue with noise around me. All in all, I'm happy here at Windsor Park!Read More
