It is approximately 992 square feet and is located in School District 11. Water, sewer and trash is included in rent. Tenant pays electric and gas. Up to 2 cats are welcome with approval. Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed per HOA rules. Pets must be no less than 12 months old. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet, and an additional $35 monthly fee per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records.
