The primary bedroom is bright and inviting, with a plush king-size bed, soft linens, and calming artwork that sets the tone for restful nights. The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom to meet all your everyday needs. For larger groups, an additional casita on the property may be available to rent, perfect for extra privacy while staying together. Dogs and cats are allowed with approval and pet fee. Please ensure you are cleaning up after your pets, additional fines may occur for excessive clean up. The Aviary’s location puts you in the heart of it all. Stroll to Roosevelt Row for vibrant street art, galleries, and nightlife. Catch a game at Chase Field or a concert at Footprint Center. Explore cultural gems like the Phoenix Art Museum and Arizona Science Center, or take a short drive to the Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Garden. Some of the city’s top-rated restaurants and coffee shops are just blocks away, making this home the ideal base for your downtown adventure. Guests will have full access to the main house in front. The casita is available for rent separately. Violating the guest policy will incur a $200 charge per person per day and possible cancellation of your booking. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. No parties are allowed, and any breach will result in eviction without refund. Late checkouts can be arranged for an additional $100 fee and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. A $150 charge applies to guests still on the property after check-out time. Cleaning crew will enter home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that day's base rate. If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given. Any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the day's rate for however many days it took to restore the property. No crypto mining on premises, should it be found that this is happening you will be asked to leave and no refund issued. Be respectful of the neighbors. [SI]
