Nestled next to a separately rented main home, the cottage provides private access while sharing the driveway, backyard, and pool. Ideal for traveling nurses or professionals with pets, the cottage is conveniently located just minutes from Fort Moore, downtown, and a variety of restaurants. Both short-term and long-term stays are welcome, ensuring you feel at home during your visit. The cottage features a bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a pull-out couch, a kitchenette, a breakfast nook, and a full bathroom. Guests will enter through the side door using a digital keypad, enjoying a private entrance and full access to the cottage. Please note that this unit does not have a washer and dryer. While the pool is closed for the season, it will reopen in the summer of 2026. Free Wi-Fi is available, and the property is pet-friendly with a fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request, and pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. However, pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Situated in midtown on a large corner lot adorned with giant mature trees, the cottage is less than 3 miles from St. Francis Hospital and downtown Columbus. While driving is recommended, Uber and Lyft services are also available in the area. The property enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge.   If you are traveling to Columbus or Fort Moore (less than 10 minutes away!) with a large group, this is the place for you! This historic home offers a modern kitchen, beautiful dining room, relaxing living area, comfy beds, and a pool shared with the cottage house. Feel at home in this 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a great backyard and plenty of parking. Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. The home has two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining room, in-home laundry, and an above-ground pool (shared with the cottage house). A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request. The main house and cottage house guests share the pool and the yard. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, and access to the yard/pool area will be needed on service day. Located in midtown on a large corner lot with giant mature trees, you are less than 3 miles from St. Francis Hospital and downtown Columbus, and a stone's throw away from everything else you might need including grocery stores and restaurants. Driving is recommended, but Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are permitted at this home, and you will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Guests must abide by all rules posted on premises regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with homeowner relating to the use of these amenities whether due to loss, damage, injury or death.
