Note that the home is heated with space heaters rather than central heating. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. The home is pet-friendly, with a non-refundable pet fee required. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
