There is a $10 fee per guest after 5 guests in each unit. Centrally located for all your activities planned for your trip to Surprise, the surrounding area of Surprise Stadium offers a blend of sports facilities, outdoor spaces, dining options, and entertainment venues, creating a vibrant and dynamic environment for residents and visitors alike. In addition to the stadium, the Surprise Recreation Campus features several recreational facilities such as baseball fields, soccer fields, basketball courts, and playgrounds.
