Furry friends are welcome with an additional cleaning fee per pet: short stays (1-5 nights) $75 total, medium stays (6-28 nights) $200 total, and long stays (29+ nights) $300 total. Cats are also welcome, and a small additional cleaning fee applies. This centrally located apartment is a short drive from many attractions. Deep Ellum is a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk. Fair Park is a 5-minute drive. Downtown Dallas, Klyde Warren Park, and Reunion Tower are all within a 10-minute drive.
