The spacious loft boasts vaulted ceilings, a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. The living room also has vaulted ceilings and includes a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes the latest Keurig coffee maker for a perfect cup. Guests can enjoy the spacious pool deck in the back courtyard, complete with a hot tub, and relax and take in the view from the deck overlooking the pool. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. You can rent a gas-powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far, and there is access to get to amenities by golf cart during the day. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. Golf Colony Deerfield is ideally situated in the heart of Surfside Beach, offering a tranquil and comfortable resort experience. You're just a short 1.5-mile drive from the beautiful Surfside Beach, allowing easy access to the ocean. Explore the South Strand, with most destinations reachable within a 15-minute drive. Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Please consider your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable sound level. Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, including infants and children. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies! All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the designated parking lots. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.
