Guests must be 25 or older to rent. No pets or smoking are permitted inside the condo. Routine pest control treatment is scheduled for the 4th Thursday of each month and requires technician access to the unit; refusal of entry may result in a fine. Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 7 AM. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool area, and children under 12 require adult supervision. Portable grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. All garbage should be secured in bags and deposited in designated dumpsters. No flammable or hazardous materials are permitted in units.
