This end unit condo is located on the second floor and enjoys lovely views from both the front and back. This property has two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and sliding doors to the lanai. The kitchen features wood cabinetry with soft close drawers,a white subway tile backsplash,granite countertops and a reverse osmosis water filter. Popcorn ceilings have been removed! Other features include solid surface flooring throughout (luxury vinyl plank) in the main living areas and bedrooms and neutral tile in the kitchen and primary bathroom. The unusually large lanai has both screens and sliding glass doors so you can enjoy that space year round in any weather. It is also comfortably air conditioned from the living space. There is a large utility room off the kitchen with a full size washer and dryer and generous storage space. Each condo comes with one assigned covered carport parking spot and there is also guest parking. Park Place has a community pool and a community grilling area. The community has well funded reserves and allows for 3 rentals per year with a 60 day minimum for each rental. They do not allow pets and at least one owner must be 55 or over. Residents love Park Shore for its central,walkable location. From Park Place you can walk to Fresh Market,Starbucks,Barnes & Noble as well as to numerous shops and restaurants. You can can walk or bike to Waterside Shops,with high end stores and popular restaurants as well as to Venetian Village,which is home to numerous waterfront restaurants and boutiques. Residents have the option to join the private,members-only Park Shore Beach (with a beautiful park,tons of private parking,bathrooms and outdoor showers). The Park Shore neighborhood is an active community where residents are seen out and about on walks and bike rides to the beach or around their beautiful neighborhood. Park Shore residents are also able to purchase a resale boat slip at Venetian Bay Yacht Club.
