The well-stocked kitchenette has everything you might need for a short stay, including a full refrigerator/freezer, convection toaster oven, induction burner, and a microwave. Fast Wi-Fi and a Roku TV are available for entertainment. The shared laundry room has a washer and dryer, which are free to use and include detergent. The apartment also features an iron and ironing board. Dogs are allowed. To host an event, inquire about renting the whole house. Situated on Cliff Road, one of the most desirable and walkable residential streets in the city of Birmingham, Eden Brae is just a couple of miles from most of Birmingham's most popular attractions: Railroad Park, the Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Avondale, Sloss Furnace, the Art Museum, Regions Field, Vulcan Park, and Downtown's Entertainment and Civil Rights Districts. Just a few blocks away, you will find parks, restaurants, coffee, golf, and tennis! Highland Park Golf and Tennis Club is just a block away. Rushton Park, one of the three parks lining Highland Avenue, is just a couple of blocks away. Outdoor areas are shared with other guests and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. A $200/night penalty will be incurred for any violation of the no smoking or vaping policy. Guests who do not adhere to the noise policy may be asked to leave, without a refund, forfeiting any remaining nights on their reservation. Guests bringing a pet without notifying us or in violation of this policy may be subject to a $250 penalty per pet, in addition to the applicable pet fees. [SI]
