Ally was so thoughtful behind the scenes keeping in constant communication with me as I planned my move. Vickie made sure my move in was seamless, quick, and everything was ready to go. Great place to live
December 7, 2023I just moved in 9 days ago and the process was very smooth with the help of Ally in the office. She is wonderful! I know it’s really early on but my first impression was great. My only concern so far is my apartment is very cold. There is a draft coming in from somewhere. I have to keep the heat on non stop so I’m a little concerned about my electric bill. The intake for the AC/Heat is in the little dining area and it’s a little loud so I have to turn my tv up when it comes on to accommodate for ...it. Other than that I don’t have any complaints. The grounds here are beautiful and well taken care of. Overall it’s quiet and peaceful. It’s close to many of the places I frequent too. I feel like the rent is comparable to other places unless you are wanting something brand new. Then you should expect to pay a little more.Property Manager Responded

used to be great
October 17, 2023Location is amazing but that’s about all it has going for it. I lived there for a long time before experiencing several management changes. Things went downhill after that. Big Texas freeze broke pipes in every building. Broken gates ALWAYS. They fix it and then the next day it’s broken. Mailboxes were broken into on a weekly basis. Package lockers rarely work. Complex is close to 20 years old. You will hear your neighbors guaranteed from walking across the floors, big fights, and even ...experiences that should stay in the bedroom. Better places out there
September 20, 2023First plumbing and water sucks here had to get it fixed.Can barely keep hot water on long even if I didn't run any all day.Also you pay for pest control that doesn't seem to work,there was mounds of ant piles everywhere and eventually they started coming in to my place no matter how much i cleaned it.Even on the day I moved out and cleaned they were still coming in. Second they hand out lease violation saying patio is not up to standards meanwhile there is bunch of tree branches obstructing your ...path to your car, and in front of said patio.Also the gate is never fixed on the left no use for an app when either gates close Also when you send a lease violation a second time learn how to spell cooler and don't add new things to the violation just to retaliate and pound on my door like a madman while doing so. . Place is literally falling apart each month I have lived here.Do not move here!There are better updated and spacious apartments elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

This place is not 4.0 stars
January 10, 2023When we first moved in, it was great. Maintenance responded on time, location is great, front office was friendly and helpful.. Then everything started falling apart. First off the gate is always broken (a drunk driver must've hit it because it's completely wrecked.) My dish washer has been broken since September which I have put in several work orders in for but never received any follow-up on it. One day I see in my resident portal that the work order for my dishwasher was completed? I called ...front office and asked why it was completed and they stated it was because that it was a duplicate work order? I put in "duplicate order" because it hasn't been done yet. I also asked when the time frame was of it being fixed the front office member said there was no estimated time frame. The plumbing is very low and weak (And I bet if I put a work order in it will not be dealt with so is there really any point in putting it in) Residents leave their dog poop everywhere in the grass area, the apartments smell like a Super 8, cockroaches at all times of the year and a huggggeee gnat/ drain fly issue in the summer time. Rent is also higher than displayed, you are not able to do split payments which is super tedious. There are wayyyy better options out here in the Cedar Park/Leander area. Don't waste your time here. My end of lease date is in May and I cannot wait to get the hell out of here.Property Manager Responded

Rent is way higher than displayed
April 26, 2022An apartment with horrible & dishonest management. Rent is not transparent like other apartments. They will charge you for lots of items that are not mentioned before you sign the contract. These are not written in the contract paper, yet you'll have to pay. Please add a rent service fee, fee for billing, card payment fee, package receiving fee, water/sewer admin fee, water base charge, sewer base charge, allocated water fee, allocated trash fee, allocated sewer fee, valet trash fee, pest control ...fee, etc. on the top your displayed rent. And you pay for your electricity and internet separately. Most of the units are with old or almost broken appliances. Broken things are not fixed in months when reported. Front staffs are rude when you ask for something. It is the worst apartment I have ever lived.
