February 12, 2025Only lived here a few months so far but nothing but good review, staff is amazing, courtney has helped make this move in process easier than expected. The leasing office is always ready to help fix any issues and answer any question. Just incredible
December 28, 2024I moved in 2022 because I love the view and the price. Management was a bit neglectful of simple things that in my mind could have made the property more attractive and functional. Here we are two years later and a few months ago there were drastic changes in management. The parking lots have been repaired from the biggest pot holes you could imagine, the trees have been manicured recently by a professional company and the broken branches are all cleaned up. The groundskeeper, Tyler works ...tirelessly cleaning up trash, dog poo, trimming plants and trees, raking every pine needle, clearing walks and stairs from ice and snow, cleaning gutters and parking lots. He is one of a kind for sure! Give that man a RAISE! The office staff is friendly, attentive to needs, and listens intently to make sure tenants know they are heard and taken care of. I have heard this happen first hand. Sarah is AWESOME in every way and I go straight to her with any concerns because I know she will take care of me and update me frequently. In other words, she does what she says she will do and does it in a timely manner. Thank you Sarah. Blake is the manager and listens with an open mind and open ears considering all options in order to issue his best customer service. They work with each person to find common ground in solving problems. I hope this crew never leaves. They are THE BEST!Property Manager Responded

Quite place
August 29, 2023I moved here at the end of July, and have been well pleased with the courtesy and quite of my neighbors. I don’t hear their dogs especially at night. The are No loud parties or fights, or just loudness in general. It seems all the neighbors expect and respect that need for quite, peace-full living. The one thing that was different, since I’m from a mid-west state is how they do the rental fees, utilities, etc.. I have to say it was a lot to figure out.
