Just moved in April the staff here is so nice and always comes and fixes things also the place is nice and clean very well kept up and my son has already made friends here i love it here!

I love the new Eco-friendly approach

I am always after safety and peaceful neighborhood when it comes to the apartment and this is the reason why I stayed 6 years in this place. The management (Teresa and Maria) are friendly and approachable, maintenance problems were well taken care of. I love the new Eco-friendly approach. EVERYTHING is ONLINE. LOVE IT

TERESA & MARIA made my placed a HOME

I have been here since 2017. I love Teresa, Maria and the complex is very nice. The girls are very professional and caring. They take care of your concerns and issues right away. The maintenance is OK. They come when you call them and do a good job. I have to say overall I have recommended plenty of my friends here. To me, it's a great place to call home.

Moved in 2006 and still LOVE them. THIS IS MY HOME

I really love my apartment! It's clean and spacious, the management always responds promptly to things. NEVER have seen ONE BUG in my apartment! Staff are friendly and very helpful here. Always have hot water, and always get call-backs when I've put in a service call for anything. I asked them to re-grout my tub once, and bam: it got done like in a day! And they fixed a couple other little things while they were at it, that I hadn't even thought to mention. So I appreciate that! Ok, so wherever ...
you go, you'll find that one or two neighbors who are just looking for a reason to be ugly. That's just life. I feel safe here and it feels like home to me. Thanks Teresa and Maria!
