New Management as of 10/16/2025 is great!
October 29, 2025The new management that took over recently have done an absolute great job. The past management did not do well at prioritizing residents and making sure they are taken care of but Hegenes Properties has done a great job since the transition. They have already taken down multiple dead trees onsite, enhancing the quality of life for all residents. In the first week of the transition, they pulled all of their Maintenance Techs in the area to go out and check each unit and fix all major issues. ...Joe, Priscila, and Garrett have been absolutely great and with them it has already been a huge improvement for all residents.
