Very serene
November 15, 2023I’ve lived here for about a year and I can say this is by far the most beautiful townhome ever. I love the location everything is just around the corner. Great deal for the Waukesha area
June 8, 2022I have only lived here for a week, but this property goes above and beyond my expectations. The car garage is clean and well lit, my single lofted bedroom apartment has more room than I know what to do with, and the great thing is that I don’t hear the sounds of cars going by on East Broadway as I am going to sleep. Everything was clean when I moved in as well. I don’t think I have any complaints and if I do, Natalie, the manager, is very easy to contact and talk with.Review from Apartments.com

I enjoy how spacious the apartment is and love how roomie the kitchen is when cooking meals! I could not ask for a better place to live. Nice apartments, zero amenities
March 7, 2021The apartments themselves are very nice. However if you’re looking for nice finishes that would be expected at this price range, look elsewhere. You get laminate flooring and counters, cheap faucets and cheap hardware on everything. Amenities are near zero. The ponds are small and not seen by most units, the “gym” is a couple treadmills and Ellipticals, usually one or two don’t work. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am on paper but are actually enforced around the clock. The management picks and ...chooses what rules from the lease need to be followed: ex)lease states no bikes in parking spots, absolutely no grills, no plug in air fresheners, no non-supplied freezers/fridges etc. However, the management states these are actually okay. Whereas you will be reported for storing anything on the balcony’s or having any other recreational items in the parking spots aside from bikes. Lease also states management helps with accidental lock-outs for a fee , however if you’re locked out, management will NOT help at all. Nice apartments themselves, but inconsistent management.Property Manager Responded

Broadway Commons is the BEST!
October 25, 2019I have loved at Broadway Commons for about a year, and have nothing but great things to say! The management is friendly and quick to respond, my neighbors are great, and everything is always extremely clean and organized. Wonderful place to call home!
January 23, 2019Broadway Commons was my first apartment in Waukesha and I’m so glad I was able to rent there! The apartments are beautiful, well designed, and suited to make it feel like home right when you move in.
