  • Terrible lease

    If you value your time and money, don’t sign a lease here. Despite the fact they trap you there with grossly inflated rental rates even when you request to vacate the property, they still come back to finish screwing you over by billing you $150 cleaning charge and dismissing the $600 of pet fees. Instead of charging $150 for a pet deposit and $150 for a reasonable pet fee, they go their own way and take all of the money to keep and fail to utilize it for anything functional in the dog park.     disappointed to have spent my time there and regret my choice to have signed a lease at Camden Caley.

  • Don't fall for the pictures!

    I know that pictures for this community can be enticing, believe me they sold my wife and I when we first moved here over 3 years ago. The pictures of the pool and hot tub look nice, but that hot tub has been out of service for the better part of a year and a half. The pool and hot tub are currently closed, and even when they are open, it has happened many times where we've gone down and someone hasn't unlocked the pool for us to get in. I can safely say after living here for 3 years, that while ...
    the price to live here goes up, the quality does not. There are many complexes within the area that are similarly priced, or less, and all of the advertised amenities work. There are plenty of places you can choose to live, don't chose here.

    This complex is well maintained, extremely clean, & pet friendly. The management is fantastic, kind, caring. It's close to I 25 & shopping. The maintenance crew is right on top of any request made. It's a safe & quiet community.

    One of the few places you can get a 1 bedroom with an attached garage! My apartment was upgraded a few years ago, granite, stainless steel appliances, all new light fixtures and window coverings. With 9 ft. ceilings and large windows, it has a nice open feel to it. The location is convenient, with restaurants and big box stores nearby and easy access to I-25. If you like to bike, cherry creek state park is just down the street and it's about 12 miles to downtown on the cherry creek bike ...
    trail! There have been some very nice upgrades recently to the fitness and business centers in the clubhouse, both have all new equipment. Beautiful pool and hot tub area also includes a nice grilling/food prep station. The management staff are very friendly and responsive, they've also hosted some nice community activities. One day they brought a food truck on site (wood fired pizza) and recently had a resident appreciation day where they brought breakfast to your door and grilled burgers and hot dogs by the pool in the evening. The maintenance staff has been very prompt with addressing the minor issues that I've had and the grounds are always well kept.

  • Very Poor Parking for all tenants all the time.

    Yes, the management is terrific. Yes the area is clean & pretty. Yes the apartments are fine & some have granite counter tops. BUT: a very very big issue is the Horrible Parking situation. It's very upsetting when you come home from work & can't find a parking spot, a normal situation, If you are lucky-it's far from your apt. Then every year the owners re-pave areas that don't need it-causing a month of not finding a spot to park in so you have to drive outside the complex & walk a ways to ...
    your apt. If you do not have a car & don't drive-it's ideal for you. Otherwise beware. All the residents are now so upset with this & have met to talk. They have had it. This is no reflection on the management. They do a terrific job. It's the "owners" who mis calculated the apartments & parking spaces. Don't rent here. You will regret it.

  • Horrible place to live

    Reigan Williams in the last week If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! This place is horrible and Jamie and becca are huge scam artists DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM!! not only did their parking company put a boot on my car when the construction was being done in front of my garage, but they also forced me to pay 100% of my rent by myself after my room mate just up and left. They were not understanding at all, and even when I was 8 months pregnant they did nothing to accommodate or help me ...
    out!! Now there saying I owe $499 for carpet that was already damaged and horrible when I moved in. I had tons of problems when I moved in and they didn't fix any of them! Now they want to charge me for the carpet that they claim should have a 5 year shelf life?! Yeah right. No white carpet in Colorado would last that long... They're scammers if I could give 0 stars I would. I'd know because I lived here for two years and the management constantly caused me headaches and affected my pregnancy!

  • It’s always a fair deal from Camden Management.

    I lived in four different apartments. But never had Excellent experience. After living in Camden Caley I can say that their Management is always making fair deals. Maintenance is too good. Apartment quality is too good. I didn’t find any negative point in here. Everything is perfect. It’s value for money. I would always prefer this community.

  • Wonderful but pricey

    Camden Caley is an absolutely beautiful property. I have lived here for over a year and just signed a new lease. The amenities are plentiful and of high quality! The leasing team and maintenance crew are top notch. My only gripe is the price. The property is extremely well located and I think this is a big part of why the prices trend on the higher side.

    I like the apartment just fine, however the monthly cost of rent for my 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment is a steep $1300 which does not include utilities from xcel energy or the valet trash service or basic cable package that are included in rental agreement regardless if you want those services. The carpet and the counter tops were updated before my move in which was really nice and the washer and dryer in the unit is also a great amenity.

    Camden is a hidden gem on the outskirts of DTC/Greenwood Village. I-25 is under 10 minutes away, Cherry Creek State Park is right down the road and it's located in one of the best school districts in Denver. It's a quiet, respectful community so my daughter and I feel very safe here. There is good communication between residents and the management team regarding construction or community updates. Rent in Denver is expensive but after doing my research, Camden was the best deal. I was able to ...

    Camden Caley is ideally located -- close to major roadways, yet tucked away from major traffic. School system is top notch with elementary school just .5 miles away, middle school, and high school within 10-15 minute drive. Although, there is not much play area or greenspace for kids to play, a state park is located about 5 minutes drive. There is an outstanding pool and hot tub area centered in the middle of the community which provides privacy from the public. Gas grills are located pool ...
    side for year-round use. Refrigerators are apartment-sized which tend to be little small, but washer/dryers are full-sized and new. Parking can be tricky depending on what building you are in, but there is always some place to park. This "smaller" community feels very safe, cozy, and is quiet.
