My husband and I have lived in Courtney Downs Apartments for nine months now, and we love it! Our apartment is beautiful, and well designed. We live on the third floor, and the ceilings are vaulted in our living room, which I love. Our balcony is large and the area is very peaceful! Parking is free with as many spots as you need (no permit required), and this is awesome because we have changed cars a couple times this year. ...around a few of the buildings seem to fill faster.
We love the location where we can get to walking trails so fast, and we still are not far from Cornerstar and COSTCO. That being said, I hardly ever notice heavy traffic, which is very nice!
Inside the apartment I love my pantry, and that washer and dryer come in the unit, and there is a door on the laundry room so it isn't ever too loud while I am doing laundry. I also have had a good experience with maintenance being done quickly when requested! Our unit has a nice fireplace, and mantle that I like a lot.
There are only two things I would change: 1. bikes are not allowed to be stored on the balcony, but there are no bike racks. It would be nice to be able to have a bike for the trails here. 2. There is only one trash compactor for the entire complex, and sometimes it is overfilled, and it is on the opposite side of the complex from us. It makes for a drive or a long walk with the trash, which isn't very convenient.
Overall, I love living here, the management is nice, the area is great, and the apartment is cozy.
