Worst complex I've ever lived at!

October 24, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI moved in 5 months ago. I have lived here before and loved it then. Friendly staff, maintenance guys are quick to respond. They keep the property clean Well kept and the pool area is amazing with 2 bbq grills and tv and fire pit. .Great workout room. I lived here for 4 years ago and had no issues with any part if my experience here. Amazing office staff. Always courteous and friendly. Beyond Expectations!

However, I am the most impressed with the maintenance team here. I've never seen a team respond to a service request faster than them. I believe Hector is the supervisor, and he is phenomenal. A good place to live
September 24, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI've lived at Courtney Downs for almost a year. Overall it's been a great place to live. The buildings are beautiful, and the grounds are well kept. The appliances are in good condition, and the apartments are clean and comfortable. The fact that the Cherry Creek trail system comes right up to the complex and that is a huge plus for me. Maintenance responds quickly to issues, and the staff is friendly. The only issues I have are the single compactor for the complex, and the fact there is no ...place to keep a bike unless you rent a garage. Overall a great apartment complex.Read More

September 24, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comMy husband and I have lived in Courtney Downs Apartments for nine months now, and we love it! Our apartment is beautiful, and well designed. We live on the third floor, and the ceilings are vaulted in our living room, which I love. Our balcony is large and the area is very peaceful! Parking is free with as many spots as you need (no permit required), and this is awesome because we have changed cars a couple times this year. We have never had trouble with finding a parking spot, but some areas ...around a few of the buildings seem to fill faster. We love the location where we can get to walking trails so fast, and we still are not far from Cornerstar and COSTCO. That being said, I hardly ever notice heavy traffic, which is very nice! Inside the apartment I love my pantry, and that washer and dryer come in the unit, and there is a door on the laundry room so it isn't ever too loud while I am doing laundry. I also have had a good experience with maintenance being done quickly when requested! Our unit has a nice fireplace, and mantle that I like a lot. There are only two things I would change: 1. bikes are not allowed to be stored on the balcony, but there are no bike racks. It would be nice to be able to have a bike for the trails here. 2. There is only one trash compactor for the entire complex, and sometimes it is overfilled, and it is on the opposite side of the complex from us. It makes for a drive or a long walk with the trash, which isn't very convenient. Overall, I love living here, the management is nice, the area is great, and the apartment is cozy.Read More

The apartment buildings themselves are beautiful, the grounds are well kept and I can always find a parking spot. The apartments are clean and well equipped. Maintenance is always quick, even with the "small" issues. The fact that the complex borders on the Cherry Creek trail system is also a huge plus for me. The only downsides are that there is only one trash compactor for the whole complex off in a corner, ...there is no place to keep a bike unless you pay for a garage as they won't let you store it on your balcony, and they don't allow any size of personal grill. Overall the experience has been great, and the downsides have not been severe enough to outweigh the positives.Read More
Its alright
August 3, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comIts a good neighborhood. There are plenty of things that could be fixed, There are no assigned parking so its first come first served. If you're not home on the weekdays by 6pm -ish- you have to park a couple buildings away. Theres only one dumpster so for people that don't live close to the dumpster you either have to walk to get to it, or put it in your car and drive to it. The walls are really thin so if you live on the 1st or 2nd floor you hear EVERYTHING. The water is really harsh it rusts ...the toilet, sink and tub so you have to constantly soft scrub the areas. The water does smell like bleach. Other than that like I said its a good neighborhood, pool/entertainment area is nice.Read More

July 21, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe contact in my phone says Courtney Downs. My girlfriend asked me, "Who's Courtney Downs?" with a little jealous tone. Courtney Downs is only the greatest apartment community I've lived in! A friendly staff that cares and builds relationships with their tenants. Roomy, sunny apartments, especially the carriage units over the garages. Newly remodeled pool area and fitness center. Great place if you like being active, because you are right next to Cherry Creek State Park, with bike trails and ...picnic /park areas all along the path. Just walk out of your apartment, and you are steps away from the trails. It's also in a great area of town, just down the street from the Bronco training camp, and next door to the beautiful town of Parker, CO, with all shopping, good restaurants, and a great farmer's market. My girlfriend's jealousy of Courtney Downs (Apartments), caused her to move in with me, and 4 yrs later, we are still loving our apartment home at Courtney Downs!Read More
