The office staff is very friendly and are always ready to help you out. The maintenance staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very quick to respond to even the smallest issues. I would recommend this property to anyone looking.
A Level Above The Rest
May 21, 2020 - Reseña de Apartments.comWe were looking for an apartment community with a great location close to grocery shopping and easy highway access. What we found at Eagle Ridge was more than expected. Yes, they are close to essential stores (and fun shoppes!), and yes they are close to the major highways, but more importantly for us, the community here is filled with respectful tenants/neighbors, and the office staff is amazing. The ladies in the office respectfully know everyone (by name & apt) and they run a tight ship ...(there’s no riff-raff here). The men who lend muscle & wisdom in all situations are professional and equally respectful. Any maintenance issues are quickly solved (like today, Clecio, knowing the dryer knob would take some time to order, made sure I could still use the dryer by altering the broken knob himself until the new part arrives ~ BRILLIANT!). The apartment buildings themselves are surrounded by trees, and Eagle Lake is across the street. Close by, there is a real honest-to-goodness bald eagle NEST with 2 eagles; in winter you can watch them soar above the trees. The community is wonderful, but it’s the people here, especially the staff, who make living at Eagle Ridge worth staying. We’ve been here 5 years and have loved every moment.Leer Más

The office staff were so welcoming and has made it feel like home. They are always friendly and ready to help with whatever my son and I have needed! It's one the the best apartments I've lived in!

They are always quick to answer any questions that come up and go out of their way to make Eagle Ridge a great place to live. The buildings are kept impeccably clean and it's very quiet. We attended the summer event where we got to meet some of our neighbors and we all discussed how quiet the halls are and how we can never hear anyone. The apartments also have a lot of space. There is a ton of closet ...space and every unit also comes with a storage unit which is very nice. The bedrooms are a nice size and there is laundry in every unit which is very convenient. The location is also great- very close to both 169 and 94, and less than 5 minutes away from downtown Maple Grove. I would highly recommend Eagle Ridge to anyone looking for an apartment!Leer Más

This property is close to everything in Arbor Lakes and has great freeway access, yet is still quiet and peaceful. The buildings are extremely well maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. The units are large, and the clubhouse amenities have all been recently updated. The staff is excellent as well. Not only are they timely and understanding in their responses to any questions, issues, or work orders, but they make a clear effort to ...know all of the residents and genuinely care about the community and residents. This sense of community was clearly shown at the annual BBQ where staff greeted every resident by their first name and showed sincere interest in everyone's lives. Additionally, the staff does a great job of communicating with residents for things such as snow plowing or any routine maintenance - which is certainly helpful. In summary, Eagle Ridge is a great place to live - the location is great, the buildings are very nice, and the staff is the best I've every experienced.Leer Más

The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful! There are resident events, hosted by the apartment staff, a couple times a year. This is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors. The club house and pool are well kept and a great place to hang out with friends when the weather isn't great. The biggest selling point for me was laundry in the apartment. October 26, 2019 - Reseña de Apartments.comI am in a wheelchair. The Eagle Ridge Staff have taken my needs, worked with me. The result is a living arrangement that works for me. There are some handicapped apartments here. I need a larger space, so some light work was done to help in that area. Grab bars in bathroom. Parts of doorways removed to accommodate wheelchair width, (use offset door hinges, I supplied those). The grounds surrounding our buildings are well kept, Summer pool. 2 barbecue areas! I love that! People living here are ...nice. Respectful. I take my chair and go out on the paved trails, never had a problem. Landscaped grounds. Shopping, Restaurants, Entertainment nearby. Eagle lake across the road. When people come visit, they remark about how beautiful the place is. And I agree.Leer Más

This is by far the best place I've lived yet! The management is incredibly kind and fair, and the price is great for the location and what you get. The buildings are older than many of the other apartments in the area, but its very well kept and updated. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in the Maple Grove area.

Little piece of paridise. The staff is so helpful with any concerns that may come up. Maintenance is quick and efficient. This property is maintained like no other I've seen before. The entire staff, from office management, to maintenance to the grounds keeping crew were professional, courteous and friendly. In the time that I resided there I had one small issue which required a response from maintenance. They were prompt and professional. My apartment was clean, and the building was always well kept. The grounds were beautiful and I always felt safe ...whether walking around the grounds early in the morning, or, in the latter part of the evening. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a comfortable, secluded home in a suburb setting,granting access to parks, stores, theatres, hotels and all the convivences normally found in the city, Eagle Ridge is the place to live.
