February 19, 2026I have truly loved living in this one-bedroom apartment in Shoreview for the past year and a half. From day one, it has felt like home. The community is welcoming, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, and I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed every moment of my time here. I’m already looking forward to renewing my lease again this summer! The amenities are absolutely top-notch and make this place stand out. The outdoor pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing after a long day, especially ...during the warmer months. The gym is well-equipped and convenient, and having access to a sauna feels like such a luxury. Everything is clean, accessible, and adds so much value to the overall living experience. For the quality, comfort, and amenities offered, this apartment is well worth the price. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers on both comfort and community, and I genuinely feel fortunate to call this place home. I am lucky I found this place!
February 19, 2026I have lived in many apartments and this is by far one of the best! The amenities are amazing and the public areas are like a hotel! The management does a good job with rules and enforcement to keep our shared living space balanced. The maintenance team in this building is the best I have ever seen!Property Manager Responded

We LOVE being here!
February 19, 2026We have been living here for 6 months now. We absolutely love it here! The management is amazing and everyone is so friendly and willing to help. The surrounding community is amazing. We haven’t had any issues or concerns living here. My absolute favorite amenity is the gym. It has everything I could possibly want for my workout and is always SO CLEAN. The pool area is always so well kept and the sauna is awesome. I will also say this is the cleanest place I have ever lived in and they take great ...care of landscaping and communal spaces.
