February 14, 2025My husband and I have lived here the past 6 months and we absolutely love it. On move in day, the apartment was spotless. Everyone in management has been so kind to us, and have made Emrik SV feel like home. The gym is well-equipped and allows us to avoid having a gym membership, which is a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi allow us to soak up the sun during the precious summer days in Minnesota. As for the apartment, it is modern and spacious with every feature we could want. The kitchen ...feels especially luxurious for an apartment, with a huge island and more storage than we can use. We love it here and can’t say enough positive things! :)Property Manager Responded

Perfect apartment
February 14, 2025One of my favorite aspects is the array of community amenities available. The heated parking garage and electric car charging stations add a level of ease to everyday routines, and I often enjoy grabbing a coffee from the complimentary coffee bar before heading out. Love at First Site - Modern Luxury Meets Cozy Home Atmosphere
February 14, 2025Emrik SV has been my home for the last 3 years, and I could probably write a book about how much I love it here. When my roommate and I were apartment hunting, Emrik was the first, AND LAST, apartment we ever toured! As soon as we stepped foot inside the building and were taken care of by the kind and courteous staff, we knew this place was home. We didn't even want to entertain the idea of looking elsewhere. There are the obvious standouts about Emrik- the common areas in the lobby are ...beautiful and modern and offer a variety of spaces that you can entertain in or utilize during the day for work. But my favorite common space amenity at Emrik is the gym. I have seen a LOT of apartment gyms in buildings that my friends live in and they are often tiny, gross, and not well equipped. As someone who lifts weights 4 times a week, most apartment gyms don't allow for progress and growth due to the lack of equipment and space. Emrik has THE BEST apartment gym I have ever been in. Not only is it BEAUTIFUL, but it has everything you could need as a gym rat. Another key part about Emrik SV that keeps me loving living here is the staff. The front desk is always staffed during weekday business hours, so someone is always around to answer any questions you have or help with anything you need. Every interaction is met with kindness and a smile. They also get to know you personally! They remember who you are when you come to ask a question and ask about your day! Things like that make all the difference- they make you feel welcome and at home and it’s totally genuine. On top of that, the cleaning staff keeps everything spotless every single day and maintenance is quick to fix any issues you encounter! One time I called maintenance and while they were fixing my curtain, they noticed my doorknob was loose and fixed that too. They always go above and beyond! Also, there is a text number that alerts about things like snow removal in parking lots, fire alarm testing, upcoming resident events, etc. You never have to wonder what’s going on and I think that’s really comforting. LASTLY, the people who live here make all the difference. Everyone flashes a smile when they pass in the hall, asks what floor you need when you get in the elevator, etc. There’s not one here that I ever get sketched out by or worried about. Everyone is kind to each other and makes the atmosphere so welcoming and homey. I love Emrik SV. It has been the absolute best place to call home!Property Manager Responded

Emrik's Healthy, Safe Living Community
February 13, 2025Emrik SV has been my home for all 3.5 years since it opened. It is not the least expensive apartment out there, but once you factor in the workout space, home office suites, common Direct TV and gourmet coffee machine, the price is more reasonable. Additionally, it offers the best environment for pushing through Minnesota winter around. Well-maintenanced spaces, high ceilings and plenty of lighting to go around. Despite many pet owners living here, it is also a quiet and respectful living ...environment. Doubt there's any similar arrangement better out there~!Property Manager Responded

My favorite apartment
February 10, 2025Emrik SV is perfectly located off of 694 and is equally close to St. Paul and Minneapolis. These apartments are absolutely beautiful. I have a large outdoor terrace off my apartment and floor to ceiling windows, making my apartment bright and cheerful. The management here is by far the best I have ever experienced. I love my Home
February 10, 2025My wife and my family have been a part of the Emrik family for over a year now, and we renewed our lease because we were so satisfied not only with the cleanliness of the building but the security as well. The amenities are second to none and we have utilized every aspect of this building. Awesome place to live
February 5, 2025I moved into the Emrik in May of this last year and have lived in numerous apartment complexs since moving to the cities over the last 20 years. The Emrik is by far the best I have been in thus far. One of the biggest factors as to why I say this would be the staff. Lorna always goes out of her way to take care of all the residents and resolve any issues immediately. The maintenance staff are fantastic at keeping everything running smoothly and respond to any needs quickly and efficiently. The ...amenities are top notch with the pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, theatre, dog park, pet spa, free rentable bikes/paddle boards, and full kitchen area available for visiting family. Anyone looking to rent should look at the Emrik first when looking for apartment living.Property Manager Responded
