    The Heights fills all the checkboxes with its well-thought-out amenities, layout, and location. The application and move-in process were seamless. It doesn’t get any better than this. What makes this exceptional is the daily maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness. Ms. Young, the Community Manager, and her staff are bar non. They always have a welcoming and service-oriented attitude towards the tenant, creating a comfortable ambiance.

  • Perfect place!

    I absolutely loved living here! Great tenants, very quiet and an absolutely great property manager! The heated garage is great for the winter and the car wash bay is awesome. Free high speed internet that is really good. Highly recommended!

  • Great place for dog owners!

    We had a short term lease at The Heights and were extremely happy with our apartment size, the quiet building, extra amenities like the grill on the deck and the ability to have 2 medium sized dogs. The complex is spotless, the gym and party rooms are beautiful, and site staff is wonderful- especially Juliana! We had not lived in an apartment for 30 years and were dreading it. It was a surprisingly painless 6 months! Our dogs were very sad to leave their fur friends from the dog park and the ...

    Juliana was very helpful, and kind throughout the entire move-in and move-out experience, as well as the day to day needs and questions. Very clean, prompt service (when needed), and more reasonably priced than most apartments.

  • Great place to live!

    I lived at the Heights for 2 years and only left to move across the country. It was a great place with amazing neighbors. Our dogs would play well together in the dog park, it was perfectly quiet and Juliana was so responsive and the sweetest person. Overall great place to live and I miss it frequently!

  • Quiet oasis in the heart of everything

    You can easily get anywhere from The Heights because all the major freeways are close by. You'd never know it though because your nestled in a peaceful bubble. It's super close to the airport which is convenient but it's still pretty peaceful. The building is well made to block out sound and we are usually only in the departure fly zone 1 day per week. I love watching the planes go by without all the noise. Friendly tenants and lots of dog friends. Juliana is super nice and she's my pups ...

    The Heights was the last apartment complex I lived in before moving into a house, and after 16 years of renting apartments all over the country I can easily say the Heights was the best of them all, particularly due to Juliana and the management of the property.   • Awesome Apartment Amazing Location

    Lived at The Heights for a year couldn’t have asked for a better apartment. Great new amenities with an island kitchen and beautiful fixtures throughout the unit. The building always immaculately clean, friendly neighbors and staff always eager to help with any questions or concerns. Party rooms and rooftop deck area are exceptional. Can’t beat the location in Mendota Heights either! Very safe and scenic.

    We have lived here for just under a year now and it has been an amazing experience. The office staff is extremely friendly and always eager to help with even the smallest requests. They always communicate clearly and represent us residents well. The location of this building is hard to beat. Right next to the airport, Hwy 55 & 62 along with 494 right down the road.     I lived at The Heights for almost 2 years before moving out of state. After living in 4+ other apartment buildings in MN, The Heights (and Juliana) were a refreshing change of fantastic living and management. The building is well maintained, apartments have great layouts, and the team is always there when needed! I had a maintenance issue here and there (usually self inflicted) and the maintenance guy was always there quickly and prepared to resolve the issues. Like when your cat pushes a shot ...
