What makes this exceptional is the daily maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness. Ms. Young, the Community Manager, and her staff are bar non. Great place for dog owners!
January 30, 2023We had a short term lease at The Heights and were extremely happy with our apartment size, the quiet building, extra amenities like the grill on the deck and the ability to have 2 medium sized dogs. The complex is spotless, the gym and party rooms are beautiful, and site staff is wonderful- especially Juliana! We had not lived in an apartment for 30 years and were dreading it. It was a surprisingly painless 6 months! Great place to live!
October 28, 2022I lived at the Heights for 2 years and only left to move across the country. It was a great place with amazing neighbors. Our dogs would play well together in the dog park, it was perfectly quiet and Juliana was so responsive and the sweetest person. Quiet oasis in the heart of everything
April 19, 2022You can easily get anywhere from The Heights because all the major freeways are close by. You'd never know it though because your nestled in a peaceful bubble. It's super close to the airport which is convenient but it's still pretty peaceful. The building is well made to block out sound and we are usually only in the departure fly zone 1 day per week. April 16, 2022The Heights was the last apartment complex I lived in before moving into a house, and after 16 years of renting apartments all over the country I can easily say the Heights was the best of them all, particularly due to Juliana and the management of the property. It makes a world of difference when you know that the management actually cares about the property and the residents. As for the unit, I was the first tenant in mine since the building was built. April 11, 2022We have lived here for just under a year now and it has been an amazing experience. The office staff is extremely friendly and always eager to help with even the smallest requests. They always communicate clearly and represent us residents well. The location of this building is hard to beat. Right next to the airport, Hwy 55 & 62 along with 494 right down the road. Best Apartment Option in MSP Area
April 6, 2022I lived at The Heights for almost 2 years before moving out of state. After living in 4+ other apartment buildings in MN, The Heights (and Juliana) were a refreshing change of fantastic living and management. The building is well maintained, apartments have great layouts, and the team is always there when needed! I had a maintenance issue here and there (usually self inflicted) and the maintenance guy was always there quickly and prepared to resolve the issues. Like when your cat pushes a shot ...glass down the garbage disposal. Also, the residents are all super friendly!
