Automatic heater and AC switching
September 27, 2024 - Reseña de Apartments.comThey automatically switch the AC to heater when it’s 90° outside. It’s clear they can get in contact with people that are interested in moving in, but it’s hard to contact them once you do. It’s 90° outside and they turned on the heaters. Don’t move here unless you wanna live in a 94° apartment and cockroaches.

August 17, 2021 - Reseña de Apartments.comIt is not a good place, something breaks every month. We were excited to move in and even had cockroaches! We are clean women on the third floor it was horrible. They paint over hairs on the wall and call it good for moving in. Doors bent, shelves bent in half. Surprise!!!
May 11, 2020 - Reseña de Apartments.comThere's more than the online eye can see. Yes I did go on a tour of the apartment before I moved in but the season was changing so I figured the complex would look a little bit rough. It took me about a month and a half to realize this complex is total opposite from what I seen online. They offer amenities to you so they can keep up with competition in the surrounding area. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer per building. So the laundry facility is always out of order or needing to be fixed. They assign ...you a parking pass when you move in but DON'T enforce parking. Tenants have more than 1 vehicle in the parking lot leaving other tenants who need to park to park by the daycare and bingo hall then walk up into complex. This complex turns off there boilers to the building at the beginning of MAY. If you're from Colorado then you very well know that the winter season and spring season mesh together with crazy weather to try and forecast so having NO HEAT at the beginning of may could be very chilly at this complex. They simply tell you to go buy heaters and they won't give you a credit towards your excel bill when your bill increases from running small heaters!!! The apartment is nice tho. July 15, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comMaintenance came into my apartment on several occasions without me home, the most recent time without even telling me and leaving my towels and mats in my bathroom SOAKED and folded over, even after i sign documents saying DO NOT enter my apartment without me present. I had not even put in a work order the last instance. On several occasions I’ve heard what sounds like someone beating their dog and someone getting locked out of their house and screaming at the top of his lungs vulgar things to ...what i assume is his girlfriend inside. Homeless people will just walk around the complex on occasion at night... Laundry room door is never closed or locked. My neighbors (who may have been kicked out?) had their door wide open for two days. Communication by a letter on your door is not appropriate as I’ve been out of town on several occasions to come home to find something that needed to be done by that night. Went for a run at the park across the street once just to breathe in sewage air the entire run. I am not exaggerating when i say I’ve never had a single shower here where the water didn’t go FREEZING or SCORCHING for at least two minutes (and i take 10 minute or less showers). When maintenance came they said it’s just the way the water heater works. The cabinets look and feel as if they’ve had three or more coats of brown paint on them. They stick when trying to open them and chip constantly. When moving in it’s like the complex didn’t even come in to do a clean. AC leaks and the filter is held up by duct tape. Honestly don’t feel safe at this apartment. The only good thing they’ve done is when the parking lot was being fixed and i forgot to move my car, they towed it just a few lots over rather than all the way downtown and cleaned up the sparrow poop that’s been on the stairs ever since i moved in 5 months ago without me asking. Was holding off on this but enough is enough. Unless things drastically change, I’d recommend to stay away from these apartments.Leer Más
