    My experience with this apartment complex has been very disappointing, and I want to share it so others can make informed decisions. Before signing my lease, I asked the leasing manager, Lorie, and the front desk staff, Melissa, if there were any pest problems. Both assured me there were no infestations. Based on their statements, I signed the lease and moved in—only to discover a severe cockroach infestation shortly after. This infestation was clearly present before I moved in, and I feel I ...
    was misled about the unit’s condition. When I reported the issue, the leasing office’s response was slow and inadequate. I also requested pest control records multiple times but did not receive them. Additionally, based on conversations with some neighbors, there appear to be ongoing issues with maintenance and pest control in the building, as well as concerns about how tenants are treated. Living with this infestation seriously affected my well-being, including sleep difficulties and increased anxiety. If you are considering moving here, please inspect carefully and ask detailed questions about pest control. This review reflects my honest experience and opinion, and I cannot recommend this complex based on what I encountered.

  • Dissapointing experience at “View Apartments by Trion”

    My experience with this apartment complex has been really disappointing, and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake I did. Before signing my lease, I asked the leasing manager, Lorie, and the front desk staff, Melissa, if there were any pest problems. Both of them told me there were no infestations. Based on their assurances, I signed the lease and moved in—only to discover a severe cockroach infestation in my apartment shortly after. This wasn’t something that just popped up ...
    overnight. It was clearly a problem that existed before I moved in, and I feel I was misled about the true condition of the unit. When I reported it, the leasing office’s response was slow and inadequate. I also asked multiple times for pest control records, but those requests were ignored. Beyond my own experience, I’ve heard from several neighbors about ongoing issues here: maintenance often fails to fix problems properly, tenants have been treated poorly by leasing staff, and there seem to be repeated deceptions similar to what I went through. Living with this infestation has seriously affected my life—causing sleep problems, anxiety, and even making it harder for me to focus at work. If you’re considering moving here, please be very careful. Do your own thorough inspections and be cautious about pest issues. Based on what I’ve seen and heard, I can’t recommend this place.

  • The only good thing is the apartment floor plan,

    I have been here five years and never had a pool, there is NO fitness center, the laundry rooms are filthy, office doesn't answer phone, the grounds are terrible!

  • This place is an actual pile of bird poop

    First off, they tried to swindle us out of the apartment we had chosen, but when I told her I’d just move in a little later and wait, my original unit was suddenly available to move in. On move in day, there were painting supplies and tools left all over my apartment, and the thing obviously had not been cleaned. The stove burners were splattered with paint, and it took a week for them to fix it. The drain has been clogged for well over 3 weeks, and we have put in multiple maintenance requests ...
    for this. Our AC was out for the first few weeks, took forever to finally fix and it was mid summer. There’s been a hole on my balcony since move in that my dog has gotten her paw stuck in multiple times. There has been a giant pile of bird poop on the stairs going up in my building that has been there for TWO MONTHS. The pile is about a foot in diameter and not only is it atrocious, it’s definitely a health issue. And most importantly, WE DID NOT GET MAIL FOR WELL OVER A MONTH. I would recommend living literally anywhere else.

  • Thank you to the VIEW

    I want to thank Bailey and Pam and the wonderful crew at The View. You have taken an old worn down apartment complex and have given it new life.And remodeled units that are beautiful and classy. It is also now a gated community. Great for family, kids and pets. Thank you, thank you, You have help me turn on old apartment into a wonderful new HOME. They have been so good to me, I plan on living here for a very long time.And with the 200 acre park in our backyard my dog is in heaven.

  • No A/C and they won't fix it

    The apartments are decent inside for the rent amount but they do not have any AC. I currently been waiting months for them to fix it but no luck. An idea of how hot it is in the apartment, its 91 degrees at 9:00PM every night with all windows open. I can't even sleep in my own apartment I pay for so I had to write this review to warn you.

      We appreciate your review. As stated in a previous response we took over ownership/management at the end of 2016 so we had no way of knowing the number of a/c units not working until the start of the summer this year. We have already repaired over 70 air conditioners this year. We worked very hard to get this project completed and in a timely manner. We currently do not have any air conditioners left on our list for repairs so if the resident writing this review could contact the office we will be happy to get this taken care of ASAP.

    Love living here I know the old ownership left a sour taste in a lot of peoples mouths because they obviously did not care. But the new ownership, just in the short time They've been here has done an incredible job of fixing this place up. They are doing the very best I can to help everybody, but with all these units does take time. I really appreciate Bailey and Pam because I think they are wonderful management.   • No A/c it's been over a month.

    Tanner and the Manager can't manage to get the a/c turned on after a month that they promised. 95 degrees out people die in this heat.

      We appreciate the comment and understand your concern. We took over ownership at the end of the year 2016 so we had to wait until the summer to begin repairing the air conditioners that were not fixed from previous years. This has been a large project and we are working diligently to get this resolved. We have 3 different companies all working to get them repaired. Our goal has always been to get them working as soon as possible and we continue to work towards that goal. We would be happy to discuss this with you further if you would like to contact the office.

    I've lived in this complex for over two years and Tanner has addressed any and all issues in a timely and professional manner. We recently had the laundry rooms redone and I enjoy the savings and thorough cleaning of my clothes. One of my favorite things to do is walk my two service dogs at the nature park and walking paths adjacent to the property.
