      Management couldn’t care less. No responses to voicemails, and they rarely answer the phone. The actual apartment looks nothing like the model, it’s the “landlord special” with nail holes, paint everywhere, painted over nails, and the apartment was not cleaned. We vacuumed cat litter out of the carpets and cleaned urine spots in the closets. Multiple cars have been broken into in the parking lots. Cheap rent but they get you with $100+ in utility bill PLUS electric on top of that. Not worth your ...

      My girlfriend and I moved here back in August 2017 and are very pleased with it so far. The build quality of the remodel isn't exactly the greatest but it gets the job done (noticeable gaps between window edge trim and wall). The managers, Stacy and Savannah in the office are fantastic and super friendly. We have had very few maintenance issues, and the ones we did have were nothing completely unexpected or severe but were taken care of very quickly. Aside from one person next-door who no ...
      longer lives there, all of our neighbors are friendly and quiet so there are no issues. No unexpected house guests either (rodents or insect problems). My only complaints would be to have the pool heated and have an updated keyless entry/intercom system (it is controlled entry, just think it needs to be updated). I think my girlfriend and I will be here for a while as it is priced well and ideally located for both of our jobs. Definitely recommend living here.

      I have been a resident here for 2 years now. I have had some minor maintenance issues but nothing that shouldn't be expected really! My apartment building is quiet, The employees are polite and helpful & It stays pretty clean around here. I can't really complain about much! I plan to stay here for another couple years while I finish my degree. It's a great place to live as far as I am concerned.

      My experience with Lake Pointe went rather smoothly. I went in to get a tour of the apartments. They look Good! I like the upgrades and am interested in applying. As I went back to the office to get the application process started and pay my app fee, the woman started to tell me the requirements needed to be approved for the apartment! I do not have the credit score required for the process so she recommended to me that I do not apply and pay the fee as I will be denied. I was very satisfied with ...
      their service. They could have easily taken my money knowing I would be denied and kept it, but they did not! For that reason alone I am giving them 5 stars

      I have had a positive experience when working with the staff at Lake Pointe. They were very friendly and helped me get my application completed and my approval was fast. They told me up front what the criteria was for the application process so I could make the decision to pay to have my credit ran or not. I'm excited to move into my new apartment soon.

      I have been pretty happy with my apartment. It looks good, I'm close to pretty much everything, the staff are super nice, and I can have my dog. I have had a minor leak in the heater system but it was addressed right away like within 15 minutes, and was fixed and they cleaned up everything themselves. Great experience so far with this property

      I absolutely am in love with my apartment here at Lake Pointe. It's very spacious and has tons of closet space. Nice stainless steel appliances and Mirrored closet doors which is great! The move in process was easy and I love the location as I am right off the highway so I have easy access to pretty much everywhere in the metro area. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious one bedroom in a prime location

      I have been here at Lake Pointe for a couple years now. Its a great place. I love my apartment, the grounds are nice, had some good amenities like a pool, volleyball, fitness, & on site laundry. The staff are great! I have had a few maintenance issues with heat and a sink back up but they were addressed right away. My neighbors are all friendly and quiet. I don't see why people always have so much negative to say. I have been here for a while and plan to stay for longer.

      I have had the greatest experience with this apartment complex. This is my first apartment :) I was so scared and nervous moving into my own place. The office staff were awesome with getting me approved and moved in. the apartments all have locked entryways and the parking lots have cameras which makes me feel secure. the apartments are updated and have granite and stainless steel.. The flooring looks good (but is the cheap click together stuff) but I have not had any issues with this at all.. ...
      I'm excited for my first apartment experience and happy with the place I have chose..
