September 3, 2024I randomly stopped by to tour liberty square and it is very different than others you see here in vegas! Madison showed me around and the property is quiet and units are nice and updated. Also the gym is HUGE! I am very interested in living here in the near future!!!!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
May 25, 2024Having evaluated 10+ buildings across Las Vegas (I wish I were kidding), Liberty Square is far superior in terms of its luxurious aesthetic, amenities, and living experience. I’ve found everything to be clean and well maintained. The landscapers are quite often which is nice to see the constant upkeep. I've had nothing but positive experiences liaising with property management across all aspects of the tenant experience - Dylan during the evaluation/initial leasing phase, Madison during ...move-in, and Rosendo for always being on top of work orders I put in! Great property
May 1, 2024We recently moved in and I must say, it has by far exceeded my expectations. We were stuck between 2 properties and after touring each, we decided on Liberty (for many reasons). Firstly, the amenities checked every box. Pool, cabanas, clubhouse... not to mention the attached garages! Secondly, the location is inimitable, central to all. Lastly, our unit is exactly as we had been shown and promised. The staff, Dylan and Madison, has always been available, kind, and tentative. April 11, 2024From the moment I toured Liberty, I knew I was in for a treat. Dylan went above and beyond to make sure my transition into my new home was seamless. The application process was very quick and stress free!!! Liberty offers a beautiful pool, clubhouse, and a 24 hour gym which is way bigger than normal size for apartment complexes. I wholeheartedly recommend Liberty to anyone in search of a top-tier living environment. Best believe you'll get excellent customer service from the office staff ...too! Black Widows and Mold
March 12, 2024Moved in 8/1. Multiple pest control visits the first month. The townhome that I am in has major foundation issues. The wall had lifted off the floor in the garage to the point that I could put my hand underneath it and it would pop out the other side. Maintenance blasted Expandafoam in all the crevices of the garage and under the wall. This seemed to help temporarily w/ the spiders. Moving forward to around the holidays, I started noticing a weird odor in the foyer. There was an older leak in ...the garage from the water heater. The water heater WAS NOT INSTALLED ACCORDING TO CODE, no drip pan. There was water damage in the closet on the other side of the water heater, inside my unit. Maintenance sprayed Kilz over it and then paint. When I inquired about opening up the wall to address the water damage/leak, the maintenance supervisor told me, “I have been doing this job for 20 years” and he “knows”, and he went on to man-splain that when I turn my heater on, the hot air circulates through the walls and will dry up the moisture, so there is no need to cut out the wall and set up the fans. I emailed management about this and it was only THEN that they hired Servpro to come out and do an assessment. They had also offered me 2 free month’s rent during this time. Then, two days before February 1st, I get an email from management (OVER 2 WEEKS AFTER THEY HAD TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT RENT UNTIL APRIL 1) that she did not get approval from upper management, so I would have to pay rent. Management had also told me that they needed to get the results back from the mold testing before they scheduled a day/time for Servpro to do the demolition as they needed to be sure it was safe for me to stay in the unit while they were working on removing the mold. Well, they had already made an appointment, Serpro showed up at my door and I had just finished reading the mold report results that showed the two different types of mold that my unit had tested positive for. The assessment explained that one caused carcinogenic mycotoxins. Oversight on management's part. Liberty was required to re-test for mold following completion of the mold removal. Two weeks goes by and I was the one that had to ask management to make an appointment. It’s been approximately another two weeks since they came and re-tested, but I had not heard back from management with the results. So I ask this week and mold is testing positive again. Pleasant Neighborhood

Marvelous Home
September 30, 2023My family had just moved here from Texas and the staff has made our move so seamless. Everything flowed so smoothly and they have been so attentive to my concerns since day one. The process of applying was easy and Dylan always responded very soon after. When we got here, they were so warm, friendly and kind just as they were over the phone. So welcoming and that made us feel right at home. The townhome itself. It is amazing. I did not expect it to be better than the photos online by bar ...none, it had exceeded it. The pictures do not due these units justice. Everything was excellent and it great condition. Great natural lighting and so much space. It was unreal. I just want to say, thank you to everyone in Liberty Square Townhomes office for all you have done to make this transition for me and family so easy and so welcoming.Property Manager Responded
